How to use
Take out & unfold
Remove the folded mask from the sachet and unfold it. It starts to warm immediately — use it right after opening.
Wear over the ears
Loop the two elastic bands over your ears and adjust until it sits comfortably over the eyes.
Close your eyes & relax
Keep eyes closed. Warmth lasts about 10–15 minutes; when it cools down, the session is over.
